We are delivering all our packages by TCS and you can track your order any time on TCS website. We ensure that your order should reach you in 1-4 business days. TCS is our official partner and we have adopted a COD (Cash on Delivery) option for your convenience.

RETURNS

• Optical.pk mission is to provide 100% delighted experience for our valued customers but if you find anything worrying, simply contact us and return the package back to us within 7 days. We are providing 6 months replacement warranty on our premium products.

• Note:

  1- The charges for shipping back will be paid by the customer. Optical.pk has no liability on that.
  2- Return policy varies from product to product and customer will be informed about it once the order is placed.

• 1- Provide us with the frame name and order number.
  2- One Time Replacement- Please check the availability of the new frame as we do not reuse/repair returned frames.
  3- When exchanging an order, please note costs may be adjusted accordingly.
  4- No refund after 7 days.
